Foundry Provisions

Foundry Provisions, a coffee shop and restaurant in Indy’s Old Northside, brought A.Rose in to update operations, increase visibility, and streamline its menu offerings. Working during the pandemic, A.Rose and the Foundry team established a holistic approach to making positive change within the business and team culture. In collaboration with the design and fabrication team Solid State, A.Rose also helped refresh Foundry’s interior and exterior space. "Working with Ashley was a tremendous value-add,” Foundry owner Mark Nottingham says. “Her knowledge of the industry and passion to see small businesses succeed was instrumental in several positive changes to our model.”

Baby Got Brunch is an award-winning brunch festival Co-hosted by A.Rose Hospitality and Bridget Davis Events. We bring together some of the best restaurants and chefs in the city to compete for the title of Best Brunch Dish, and a portion of the proceeds go to a local hunger relief organization.

In short, it’s a party that celebrates our culinary community while also supporting the fight against food insecurity in our city.

Indy Women In Food

Community-based organization Indy Women In Food was co-founded by Ashley Rose and Sonja Overhiser in 2017 to connect self-identifying women working in the food industry around Indianapolis. IWIF hopes to facilitate collaboration, community, and thriving businesses. They promote women-run and led food businesses, equip and educate women food entrepreneurs by offering programming (networking and training opportunities) and produce events that lead the public conversation on racial and gender equity in food and food justice (the right of all people to nutritious, fresh food).

Established in 2015, this Indianapolis non-profit farmers market has a mission to support local, sustainable farmers and producers while creating a gathering place for community interactions. The GPFM was the first farmers market in the country to gain the “Slow Food” snail of approval designation in 2017. They are now celebrating their 8th season with Ashley as Co-founder and Exec Dir.
